Just a thought here...

I check my profile many times a day and people send me Karma for different things. Seriously...it makes me feel good that people took the time out of their day to send me some positive Karma with a good thought. Many times, people will send me an PM or an email...it really does make a difference.

I try to send out as much Karma every day that I can. I try to get rid of it all...daily. I encourage each of you to do the same. Keep it positive and keep motivating everyone...

Pick a post on here and if you see something that you like...
...someone speaking out their opinion (even if you don't agree)
...a PR!!!!!
...something motivating
...some VERY good information
...etc...

...shoot them some Karma... It really can make a difference in someone's day.

I get motivated just by reading your guys's amazing PRs and 1mrs and such. I'm a weakling compared to most people here and it helps me so much to just read what you guys do and how far you guys have all come in your time lifting.

The best thing about this board is the wide range of ages, experience and goals.

There are powerlifters, bodybuilders, athletes looking to get stronger to help them in their specific sport, olympic lifters, those just looking to get in shape, and of course, the resident Strongman

Well said, a little reconginition can go a long way. Their is a wealth of negitivity in our world, it's hard to find a positive place and people. To me this is the top board on elite.
