I don't think anything will make you ripped per se...micronutrient timing and combination + activity is what will yeild (or not, depending how consistent you are) the desired results for sure...all else is a complement (drugs/supp's), but i'm sure you're well aware of that..
anyways, i'll be giving gplenish a try soon...if it's as good for recovery as claimed, i'll be piling up on this stuff..
