Katanadrol v3.0 log, lets do it

the kata will be used to kickstart my EQ cycle. EQ with its U ester won't really be felt for atleast a good 5 weeks into this so the kata will be my kickstart for the first 4 weeks.

will be taking 2 caps a day consistent. I'm not looking to put on a shitload of strength quickly as I am already strong as fuck and i want to stay healthy and not hurt myself trying to impress the bimbo at the gym who doesn't give a shit how strong I am.

tomorow is leg day.. my goal is the pump iron everyday, but realistically i will probably only be hitting the gym 5X per week with my busy schedule and doing cardio on days i don't pump iron and also after my workouts.

lets see what happens the next 4 weeks..
 
woke up this morning and felt good, I did a 2 mile bicycle around the neighborhood fast.. I was shocked at how much power I had when i looked at my GPS watch I was already half mile in my ride and barely even broke a sweat yet.

I ended up feeling a bit naseous when I was done and drank some apple juice and felt better.. obviously I don't react well to starved cardio at all and I'm one of those guys who wake up with low blood sugar and have to eat something right off the bat .. i plan on having some fruit upon waking and then riding EVERY morning throughout this cycle. looking to cut off body fat the next 4 weeks.

this afternoon I will be doing legs at the gym
 
just got back from gym. wow I sweated like crazy which never happens.

did 2 sets of squats, then 5 sets of deads, 4 sets of clean and jerks, then did leg extensions 3 sets, 3 sets of hammy pulls, then worked my calves for about 6 sets.

finished with some stretching and yoga. i had to clean off the machines today which i never do.. so in less than 24 hours i'm already feeling some effects. now i'm hungry as fuck..

gonna go for a 1.5 mile walk now and then eat a turkey burger
 
didn't sleep that great last night. not sure if it has anything to do with the cycle or more to do with yesterdays events in Boston.

but anyway this morning I had a pear this time and then did 2 miles on the bicycle. legs aren't sore from yesterdays workout at all but they did burn more than usual on the last mile. no naseau at all this time thank you pear!

then I waited a bit and had my breakfast. turkey burger again

this afternoon its gonna be a push day for me. looking forward to it.. i probably will be a bit worn out from the clean and jerks yesterday but thats okay. i won't go heavy
 
Good job and the nausea can mess up a good workout maybe you should get some bcaas since your going to exercises in more of a fasted state? But what are your goals for this cycle?

really not a workout in the am. just a quick bicycle ride fast paced before breakfast. just gonna eat a piece of fruit prior. bcaa's are a good idea too will have to get some

my goals that is a good question. really as i said in my first post i'm not trying to add 50 pounds to my lifts or any of that nonsense, i'm just trying to add some good quality muscle and cut some fat in the process. I'm already stronger than 95% of people at my gym and if i was after pure strength i would be running a tren/var cycle. not a light EQ/kata cycle

basically i want to look better and be stronger in the mirror.. put on some solid muscle mass.

once i get to week 4 of this cycle I will take things in whatever direction i need to take them.

woke up this morning feeling sore for some reason. perhaps my body just needs a break from nonstop pounding? perhaps i slept wrong and am just sore ?

either way I'm gonna be off for a quick 2 mile bicycle ride shortly. then this afternoon depending on how i feel its gonna be leg day. either way I will do some walking tonight.

I weighed in yesterday down 2 pounds from sunday when i started. i look trimmer in the mirror so perhaps i am dropping some body fat
 
I nailed legs yesterday. i could feel a very strong pump in my calves so something is going on here.

sometimes when you feel blah its the best time to workout. got in some stretching afterwards (flexibility is important!!) and then this morning in the rain did my bicycling. feel great. this afternoon gonna do my push split

btw i weighed myself yesterday and I was back up to 196 which proves that the scale doesn't mean shit. 3 pounds in 1 day is in consequential. now you know why i say the scale is misleading
 
Have you posted your full cycle anywhere? I am getting ready to start my TestE/EQ cycle and will be using katana and the newly updated winny trans lotion to kickstart. Given what I can see of your cycle here (EQ and katana) I am curious to know what else you are running for the cycle. Your stsrt time gives me a glimpse about 2+ weeks into the future of my own cycle.

I am usimg the winny lotion for the first six weeks of my cycle (starts next monday) and then the anavar lotion as a closer. Log posted in the steroid section.

i'm doing kata 4 weeks and EQ 16 weeks or so. i might throw in a light amount of test and tren too.. i have found its better to play it by ear than go in with a plan and stick to it.

i have everything on hand
 
okay so yesterday I did my pull split.

2 sets of pullups, 3 sets of pulldowns, 2 sets of bicep curls, 3 sets of bar in/out held up to shoulders (forgot what they call these), 3 sets of shrugs, 3 sets of hammer strength pulls, 3 sets of EZ bar curls sitting down, and then 1 set of sit down dolly pulls (i was out of gas at this point and called it quits)..

the pumps were coming on during my workout and it looked like my biceps were gonna explode so this shit is definately working

this morning gonna do some bicycling then this afternoon its leg day
 
okay yesterday i was drained so i took a day off from the gym. today i did my morning cardio as usual and i will be hitting legs this afternoon

i'm wondering if this stuff is starting to give me some tired sides, that is very possible. might be time to crack open my n2guard
 
It can make you tired. Keep us updated so we know if its doing that for you or not. N2guard should help with that.
 
had the nastiest leg workout ever yesterday .. some dude next to me was doing deadlifts with 3 plates 3 reps and struggling.. while I was doing 2 plates with proper form.. his legs look like chicken legs, mine look like torpedoes. the lesson is you can throw on as much weight as you want if you can't do them properly then its pointless.

this morning had my morning shit.. banana.. and then it was off for my 2 mile bicycle ride... gonna hit my push split today and then do a 2 mile hike tonight.

i feel wiped out but that might be more to do with my lack of sleeping lately with all the sports action that i have stayed up watching.. tonight its the NFL draft so that won't help lol.
 
this morning I got in my 2 mile bicycle ride. I will be passing by the gym tomorow so decided to rest today and then tomorow will hike in the morning and hit the gym hard around noon. will be doing my pull split. I kinda ate shitty today.. had some frozen organic pizza, fruit, and a turkey melt on wheat for lunch.. i was pretty much away all day so my food options were limited. pretty much the shittiest i have eaten in a long time BUT since I got in cardio this morning i could afford it.

i look at myself in the mirror and i look bigger and more cut... so i am pleased so far in these early stages. I'm not ready to celebrate quite yet but things are going good
 
The katanadrol had me very lethargic unless I was in the gym. But it worked quite well I was surprised at the size and strength it gave when I initially planned on just recomping with it

nice pull split routine today at the gym.. prior to that had a nice 2 mile hike barefoot.

i had a little bit of anger in my routine today which i haven't felt in a very long time.. not even tren makes me feel this angry at the gym. i was thinking about a lot of things while i was at the gym to motivate me. i think the aggression factor is starting to come into play a little bit which is a good sign. tomorow will be exactly 2 weeks on

What substance would you compare Katana too, if anything?
 
had my pull split yesterday.. and then did cardio in the pm.

today i am gonna hit legs and hit them HARD. nothing new to say.... my strength is up slightly and my pumps are up slightly. nothing nuts and nothing that is gonna kill my workouts negatively. sleep is good, appetite is good.. so its all good which i want.. am able to put in my 2-3 workouts a day without interference
 
helluva workout today. did my legs. i sweated like a pig, not sure if my gym has been hot or what is up but i sweat more and more each day when i workout.

i swear my lower body is blowing up like never before on this stuff. i'm gonna have to put up some pics when i finish it so show you all how monstrous they are.... i got in deadlifts, squats, leg extensions on the machine.. and a lot of calf work... some pig at the gym didn't wipe down the hammy machine i like to use so i skipped that this time. but the squats would of worked them anyway.. did some very deep squats i mean all the way down, pausing and back up.

yesterday had a nice push split workout.. gosh the pumps are awesome on this stuff

this morning going for a hike then i will work my pull split early afternoon.

my body is feeling worn out a bit so sunday i'm gonna take a day off from the gym but i will still do my morning cardio .. to some a day off would be sitting on the couch watching football.. to me a day off is "just" a 3 mile hike.
 
okay so yesterday i had a nice long hike.. after i was exhausted and got in a 2 hour nap which i rarely do.. my body is definately wearing down but I will continue to trek on. did not help that i was out late sat night at an event.

anyway today its back to the gym and leg day. i skipped out on morning cardio to give my legs a break so they are fresh. looking to tear it up and get in some solid reps of deadlifts with 2 plates today

to summarize:

pro's: strength is up nicely, mass is up... back up to 200 pounds so up 4 pounds.. pumps were starting to come on this last week like crazy

con's: some sweating, having to take caps 2X per day with a little food, appetite volatility

overall this isn't beastdrol when it comes to strength increases but at the same time the sides are almost non existant. a great kickstart@!

And that's a very nice summary. I keep being (pleasantly) surprised by just how great this version of katana has performed.

4 pounds is awesome , this product isnt really known to put on alot of weight

how did you feel about the cutting effects of it?

I have never cut on AAS except for primo.

i do think the appetite volatility it gave me would help a lot of guys cut though. i did find myself force feeding myself at times.
 
Its much better to kickstart a cycle feeling as good as you have, with no sides and making good progress... Im glad your feeling good bro and working really hard... I am just hitting week 9 of eq and you are going to love it bro... keep working hard!
 
yeah i am looking at my calendar and I'm on week 9 of EQ and week 6 of hex.

i feel like i am starting to get into the bread and butter of the cycle now. my strength just took a leap up in the past week and my size has never been bigger.

You have me very intrigued and interested in running EQ this winter. Sounds nice
