Im surprised with your longer arms you got that kinda carryover on your 5boards. Do you feel much recoil in the shirt on that high of boards?

I'm not sure if it's the pop it gives or just the fact that it keeps my shoulders tight and I focus on keeping the elbows tucked. Whatever it is it makes a big difference compared to raw.


I can get less than 225 to my chest in this shirt and I pressed 350 on the 5-board. I can't imagine it giving too much pop up there, but who knows.

But when I bench full range I don't feel the shirt helping when I get up that high. You know what I'm saying? So I'm not sure how it helps, but I know it definitely does.

I will have you know that I have a good woman now who shaves my back once per week, so no more big old hairy back for me, thank you very much.

I am not sure what pic you are referring to, but as far as I know the only pic on the web of my back is the one in my avatar. I need to do another one now, I think. Got some new ink and gained 20 odd lbs since that pic in the avatar.

Maybe the pic you are talking about is Kenny Patterson or Sebastian Burns. He he. After I shaved my dome, I am sure lots of folks will be confusing me from behind with one of those two guys.
