Hey guys just wanted some advice on what exercises I should concentrate on. I have to gain 10lbs for an upcoming shoot in Jan. I can't lose my abs and need to gain it naturally. I might juice in the future but I am only 20 and still in college so I'm pretty much broke right now. Please critic me as much as possible I really need advice as to what body parts I should concentrate on. You wont hurt my feelings...all advice is appreciated!
