Just started training any ideas ?????

I'm 25 year old and just started weightraining.

So is tehre any people with any advice on whats good and whats not steriod wise. Whats the best out of the lot ??? Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.

what do you know about diet? That is abou 60% of it then training. Without those you will only be wasting your time and your money and your first cycle in which will be your best one if you do it right.
 
if you are new to weightraining-get off of the steroid board and go the training section of this site. You do not need any steroid info- you are years away.

If you really want a good basic training and nutrition plan pm me and i will give you one. For anyone to give you advice on steroids at this time would be stupid-and stupid of you to consider it.

Have some patience and realize good things take time to develop.

I'll give you a comment NEWBIE>.................learn how to train, learn how to eat, learn how to live the lifestyle, put on weight naturally and get at least close to your genetic potential...BEFORE YOU USE STEROIDS

People like you are what gives steroids a bad rap, you think you can just wake up one day and say......."hmm, im going to the gym"........"hmm that big ripped guy is getting the attention, i'll just log on the internet, get some steroids and be right there"...............steroids are not a shortcut, they are not a crutch, they are for advanced, disciplined and educated indivuals to use to push them past their genetic potential.

So, im sure you won't listen a word i said, so that being said i look forward to answering your questions on gyno, water retention, blood pressure, acne, and hair falling out here in the near future!!!
 
You should learn about diet big time you dont want to waste your cycle. Especially not your first one. You only get one first. Then you nee to learn about weightlifting/training programs for your specific goals. Then you can not just say one is better than the other. That depends on numerous things for one your body's reaction to them. Plenty out there that have different characteristics. Seriously you will be pissed off at yourself if you do not do your research for your first cycle. Definatel learn a lot about PCT or you will lose everything you worked for. Learn about gyno and what to do should you experience it. You should hang out on these forums for at least a few weeks and just soak up information and ask questions. Lot of knowledgeable people here I learn something new everyday.

you should join a gym first too.....have you checked that one off? or did you just go buy your needles first this mornign, then look for juice, then inject then maybe go to the gym?

dude, don't waste your time, the guy said he just started weight training, he has NO business using steroids yet................might as well save your keystrokes!

yeah i've joined a gym and woh chill out with the harsh comments will ya. rite 1st things 1st did i know tht it was tht bad ??? like i said im knew to it and was sumthing i didnt know about chill. i never came on here 4 an argument if i wanted an argument i wud of joined a chatroom.
but like i said obviousley not the roids then but i need all the hints nd tips i can get without the aggro.

True but you know he is going to do them anyway, we might as well help him from killing himself so he does not hit the news giving sterroids another spotlight of "bad rap" and then another wave of tougher policies and making it harder to get
 
Everyone has given great advice but I have this to add:

If you were to start using steroids without first aquiring the necessary knowledge on diet and training you would be wasting your money because without a firm foundation in these your results will simply be mediocre and won't last. Steroids will not get you "Jacked". Steroids are simply a supplement and without proper diet and training your screwed. Go natrual for a few years you can still make some awesome gains if your consistent in lifting and keep a good diet.

LOL....you asked for "comments" and you said all were welcome...!!...lol

seriously though bro...........you are on the anabolics forum, where we discuss anabolics, you should probably be on the training forum or nutrition forum, that is what you need to concentrate on at this time, do NOT worry about steroids at this point. It will likely cause you serious problems as you are in no way ready for them.

You will see that this is not a group of people where you can just jump right in and say "give me the juice" im ready!! it doesn't work like that, its more of a big underground group of guys after the same thing. You on the other hand are not ready for this part of bodybuilding just yet. I'll be glad to help you on training/lifting/eating etc as will many others on here, but just don't come right out asking about steroids, you can't walk into a community such as this and do something like that. sort of like walking into a party and screaming out, "whos got the cocaine" when you have no idea who is even there

Nobodies feelings are hurt. I am sure most are shocked that you sound like you are going to take the advice. Usually it is a young kid in here looking for help for his "Friend" not themselves and will not listen to reason no matter what people tell them in here. When you lift for a few months make sure you measure your muscles when you start then once a month. When you see that you are making them grow that will give you motivation to keep going after it. figure out how to do that first and then come back here some day. Even while you are not on juice the first few weeks after just starting to work out you should notice the most gains.
 
don't listen to these guys. Anadrol is what you need, it's a good beginner steroid and best of all you can keep drinking while you take it. Start with 5 tabs a day and build up from there. Try to workout at least once a week and for your diet look to be eating around 10,000 cals a day - it's a well known fact you can't get fat on steroids so it doesn't matter where they come from, mcDonalds and KFC are fine... just so long as you get the cals in you will grow like a weed.

If you to go to the AG store for PCT meds then you'll keep everything you gained.. another well known fact is it's possible to gain 30+ lbs of muscle per cycle, so if you don't make that then MORE CALORIES. Remember, diet is the most important thing so don't be afraid to supersize.
 
Just hang around the Diet and training boards for a while. Set a goal and try achieve it first then come back here to ask questions. Alot of people in this particular section are advanced lifters and bb'ers who see these types of post everyday.

Dont forget to stack your KFC and McDonalds with a little Burger King and Taco bell. That will counteract the sides of the McD's In oh I would say with that and about 4-6 months of hard training you will look like Tweakle. Its really easy to look like him and its the cool thing to do. Everyones doing it!

Seriously man, Tweakle is joking. Yes we all did not know a damned thing at one point or another in our lives. I came here only a (Well whenever the hell my join date is) I am on week 8 or 9 (whos counting) of my very first cycle so there is a LOT of shit I learn here every day.

Tweakle is a genetic freak! He woke up looking like that after he fell in a batch of radioactive chemicals! LOL! Sorry I could not resist one more joke.
