i started my 2 week holiday and you guessed it ..im gonna be away from my gym (noooooooooooo!!!) anyway what do you think i should do for the two weeks?!?
1- just sit around and get fat (arrrrrrrrr!!)
2-wait for the two weeks and then hit the gym hard (as normal)
3-??????
Just eat well, and keep relatively active. Youre not going to turn into a flat slob after two weeks. When you get back to the gym, you'll be even more motivated and keen to get into it then ever before!
