Hellow. I just started my first cycle, i did my first injection. It looks like this:
week 1-10: 500mg test e
week 1-10: 50mg winstrol pills ed
I have some tamoxifen on hand.
I'm expectin from this cycle to stay almost on the same wheight but loseing some of body fat and adding few kg of lean muscle.
I'm 29yrs old, 104kg, not shure of BF% but its near 22%.
My diet is going to be something like high protein(220-250g), medium carb(150-200) medium fat(100g). Im not communist to count each kcal but i'm near my maintenance level and ill add or cut few nutrients if needed. I'm going to eat meat, fish, veggies, coconut, avocado, nuts, oats, rice, and potatoes with the mention that i'm going to eat almost all carbs post workout.
I go to the gym 5 times/week after my rugby training(this is also 5 times/week)
I use heavy wheights, doing 6-8 reps.
As supplements i take: Animal pak, Omega3, Now Foods Super Enzymes with my pwo shake, NO Xplode, Creatine Monohidrate, and Whey Protein.
For PCT im thinking at something like this but im not so shure:
1-2 months with 3-4g of tribulus ed
day 1: clomid 150 mg + tamoxifen 40 mg
following 10 days: clomid 100 mg + tamoxifen 40 mg
following 10 days: clomid 50 mg + tamoxifen 20 mg
Now i have few questions and beyond of this i'm waiting for your advices.
1) What to do for pct?
2) Should i use arimidex or aromasin while im on gear? why?
3) At the moment i have only 50 wintrols pills. Should i take them only 5 days/week on training days, buy more pills or takeing winstrol just for 7 weeks?
4) What would you change on my cycle/diet/training for reaching my goal?
PS: I'm thinking to do bloods before starting pct and 1 month after pct is this a good ideea and the right timeing?
