I’ve sort of hit a plateau in my training I’m only at 225 lbs on the bench. I would like to push to 270
I’m currently 22 years old and I’m 5’7” and 160 lbs
I’m looking to use rad140 and go solo for 8 weeks
do you think that I can get away with 10 mg a day or should I push it up to 20 mg a day?
You think I should stack it with something else?
