just started my 1st cycle and need some help

20CMRECORDS

Hellow. I just started my first cycle, i did my first injection. It looks like this:

week 1-10: 500mg test e
week 1-10: 50mg winstrol pills ed
I have some tamoxifen on hand.

I'm expectin from this cycle to stay almost on the same wheight but loseing some of body fat and adding few kg of lean muscle.

I'm 29yrs old, 104kg, not shure of BF% but its near 22%.
My diet is going to be something like high protein(220-250g), medium carb(150-200) medium fat(100g). Im not communist to count each kcal but i'm near my maintenance level and ill add or cut few nutrients if needed. I'm going to eat meat, fish, veggies, coconut, avocado, nuts, oats, rice, and potatoes with the mention that i'm going to eat almost all carbs post workout.
I go to the gym 5 times/week after my rugby training(this is also 5 times/week)
I use heavy wheights, doing 6-8 reps.

As supplements i take: Animal pak, Omega3, Now Foods Super Enzymes with my pwo shake, NO Xplode, Creatine Monohidrate, and Whey Protein.


For PCT im thinking at something like this but im not so shure:
1-2 months with 3-4g of tribulus ed
day 1: clomid 150 mg + tamoxifen 40 mg
following 10 days: clomid 100 mg + tamoxifen 40 mg
following 10 days: clomid 50 mg + tamoxifen 20 mg

Now i have few questions and beyond of this i'm waiting for your advices.
1) What to do for pct?
2) Should i use arimidex or aromasin while im on gear? why?
3) At the moment i have only 50 wintrols pills. Should i take them only 5 days/week on training days, buy more pills or takeing winstrol just for 7 weeks?
4) What would you change on my cycle/diet/training for reaching my goal?

PS: I'm thinking to do bloods before starting pct and 1 month after pct is this a good ideea and the right timeing?

It's hard to know where to start here. Your bf% is too high for a cycle of anything, in my opinion. I know you have started, so you will want to continue, but I had to put that out there for other guys who are reading and thinking about cycles. Also, I think that is too long for the oral, more like 6 weeks (50 tabs will covere this if they are 50mg each), and you should be using N2Guard during that time. Aromasin at 12.5mg eod to control estrogen.

1-4 Unleaseshed/Post Cycle
1-4 Phytoserms

^^^ Agreed, you originally had your age at 20 I'm guessing but you say you hit the wrong button and that you're 29, that damn 0 is just so close to that 9 isn't it? Only problem I have with it is that you have 20 in your screen name, coincidence? Haha I think not!

Why bf% count on starting a cycle?

I have to lose some fat because i have a big belly that slows me down but also the position i play on rugby force me to be stronger. By eating clean and staying near my maintenence level i think i can lose some fat and keep my muscles or add few, don't you guys think?

PS: i can squat 1x160kg
bench press 1x120kg
deadlift 1x180kg

I first wrote that i'm 19, and I'm 29. If really needed i will upload some photos next days and you can see im not a teenager anymore but if i can i would like to be :)

And i forget to mention... 20CMRECORDS its a record label

O.K. well I believe you're 29 now but you're still not going to be spoon fed answers on here, do a little more research, drop some of the extra fat you have on you and then come up with some of your own answers to your questions, then and only then when you're still unsure about something come back and ask, but you're still going to get 99% of the guys on here telling you that your BF% is too high to cycle so work on that first and foremost. It should go in this order, #1 Diet #2 Training #3 Learning about AAS and PCT #4 When you have all that in order it will be time to pop your cherry. Well I guess you already did pop your cherry haha so I would either stop and wait a few months or start reading real fast about what sides to look out for and what to do if they occur and get your PCT in order, a lot of good posts on here about that.
 
Just run the test and you'll lose some bf% but save the winstrol for when you're leaner

Yea, I'm Romanian. Look...i think i know pretty much about diet and training but not much about steroids, BUT i know that this is the only moment to start a cycle this year and i'm not doing this only to look better but for my sport(playing rugby, remember?)

In my opinion 2 things can happen by useing my cycle and eat clean as i said:
1)get some lean muscle without burning fat(wich is still good because more muscle means lower BF%) + i can cut later and be at last same strong as i am now, before cycle)
2)burn some fat while kepping my muscles or add some.

The main reason why i dont want do stay clean untill i cut a bit is that the performance on the field will drop. So you want to tell me that i can cut, train hard and play well without any "other help"? dont think so.

About the post cycle hormonal crash, it won't be a problem on the field because i will be on holiday by then, only going at the gym, eating and resting. So if i run a proper PCT and everything goes fine i'll be able to change my body composition without ruin my performance.

!!REMEMBER!! i'm saying all this shits only because i want to learn more and i take as good all advices.
 
The main reason that you should be concerned about your BF% is that excess bodyfat results in higher estrogen on cycle, with a greater chance of side effects - some nasty - like gyno. Also, having a higher BF% can suggest that you don't have your diet in check and without a good handle on your diet you will not get as much out of the cycle as you could.

No one is trying to be mean we really are just looking out for you.
