i hope your right steveo..i won the show and overall i did last year...i was light heavy...not sure if i will be a heavy this year or not i want to be totally insanely shredded........i know im crazy but its all i think about...but man dieting just plain hurts......and big man i read your profile you are hugh id love to be that big....i love powerlifting but i keep getting hurt im being pushed into bodybuilding through injurys...i have alot of friends who are big like you at the bars people like you look incredible,i swear i barely get noticed unless i have a short short tight shirt on and shorts,,,,,its all coool:mix: thanks for the invite for your help bigman
 
Hey Casey...What are your stats, measurements and what is your diet like from the time you wake up to the time you go to sleep? I also dont think you can possibly get any more shredded than you are but you are the only one that knows the answer to that. I am going to post some pictures soon, but looking at you makes me feel fat. I would love to be as shredded as you. I have size and definition but not nearly as shredded as you.

okay here goes im 5-9 206 in that pic as of today im 197 and waiting to go eat after the weigh in....chest 52 arms 18 waist 33 legs 26 or 27 forgot calves 16 1/2 neck 19...............my diet remember you asked for it hahaha #1 10am 2 tuna 3 potato #2 2pm after fist workout 3 pack instant oatmeal in water 2 tuna # 3 5pm 3 pot 2 tuna 7pm goto gym again calves and cardio 8pm 3 oat 2 tuna 11pm 1full carton eggbeaters+6 whole eggs 2am 3 oat thats it same thing everyday when im on it its brutal it actually hurts i guess im a puss but in a couple of weeks i will start dropping a couple packs of oatmeal,my only sugar sucks sucks.....well there ya go enjoy hahahah:) :) im now under 5 weeks to the big show im doing thanks for the compliments i wish i knew how to attach bigger images it says it is limited but somehow other people post hugh pic is it because my computer in 4 years old or is there something im not doing right any help would be great id like to post some bigger pics but the web site says its limited in size,or maybe im just a dumbass hahhhhah:bawling:
 
I'm not sure how to attach an image to be honest with you, but I will find out when I have to attach mine. Man you eat alot of tuna, potatoes and oats. That is just plain out boring but then again that is why you look so dam shredded. Just hearing about it makes me want to vomit. I need some variety in my diet, for carbs, I eat yams, brown rice, or oats, and veggies for protein- chicken, lean red meats, turkey and fish, eggwhites and protein shakes . But that just sounds insane. I would want to kill myself if that is all I had to live on. Well it obviously works for you. 52 inch chest and 33 inch waste, you must have some V-taper. Well good luck on your Bench Meet, I would wish you good luck on your shows, but you dont need luck for that, you might as well just call the judges and tell them to fed-ex you the trophy and save themselves the time and effort of showing up to the show...hahaha
 
Your diet sounds just about as bland as mine does. Here's what I eat Mon-Fri. On the weekends I eat anything I want, so you can bet your ass first thing in the morning Saturday that I'm on my way to MacDonalds for a breakfast that can be classified as "heart attack on a plate" :D

7:30AM - 6 eggs, 4 yolks, 1 piece wheat toast, Flax seed oil

10:30AM - 1 can tuna, 1/4 pasta mixed with lemon + mayo

1:00PM - 1 can tuna, 1/4 yam

3:30PM - 12oz chicken, 1/4 yam

5:30PM - Lean body protein bar

6:45PM - Isopure Zero-carb protein shake, flax seed oil

9PM - 6 eggs, 5 yolks

It's a good diet that keeps my carbs low, and protein at about 275g. I only weigh 170.

steveo i know its bland and it sucks,just think i have to start cutting oatmeal alittle at a time...........i must be crazy huh yea probably.....saf man i saw your pic you look great you should compete......bb how do you attach an image like you did with my pic????????thanks for your help:mix: :)
