And dont ask about the legs! I'm still working on them, I mean, they're cut up, but I need more size :(

I'm not sure what my BF% is at the moment. I'm guessing it's somewhere between 7-10%. Maybe I should have it tested just to be sure.

Yeah, I know, I need a tan, but I really dont want to sit under the sun and veg for hours at a time. I'd rather go to a tanning salon. I'm thinking a few sessions and I should be good to go. What do you think?

seriously, if i had your upper body i would NEVER wear a shirt. don't obsess about your legs; with the way you look nobody;s gonna notice you legs. your girlfriend and or boyfriend is one lucky person.

the cutting cycle is kicking in; you look leaner and harder than your last pics. a few tanning booth sessions would make you look better; i'm guessing with your ethnic background you tan easily? unlike my pale skinned, blue eyed family.

post more pics after the cutting and tanning session is over.

P.S. you looked better in the last pics with some beard stubble outlining your jaw line.
 
This is exactly the kind of shape im looking for. Yeah, id never where a shirt either if (i mean when :D) I look(ed) like that... oh, and didnt live in England where the wheather can be shat:)

That's it! I stay away from protein shakes because they make me feel bloated.

Hmm, I was never someone that was able to put weight on really fast. But if you need to put on 15 kilos, which is about 30lbs, hell man, you need to eat your face off! Go crazy and eat everything in site, that's my advice!

what were your stats before touching any drugs ? I know you weight 165 but what is your chest and arms size now? How many cycles have you done?

hey, SAF --- new guy here, checking out some past threads, and thought I'd give your pics a look since you seem to be Spellwin's poster boy these days. :)

A few random comments, hope they're helpful --

Like everyone says, you're ripped. Nice job there ... would love to see some real "before" pics. I'm a trainer and I do bodyfat tests almost every damn day, and you're in the 6% range, easy, from what I can see.

I was gonna say to ease off training the abs and traps, but I see you've already caught that one ... if they respond to training, as yours obviously do, it's easy to get em too damn big...

You might wanna pay some attention to bringing up your rear delts .. in a couple shots it looks like the front delts really dominate your shoulders. Maybe just the camera angle, maybe not. I like one-arm rows for this .. the Hammer Strength low and high row machines, with one arm. Really feel it in rears, better than the isolation exercises people usually do, and of course they're great for thickening the mid-back area.

Also, what about your tris? Again, it may be the photo angles, but your bis (great peaks, man) are dominating the upper arm... maybe bring up the tris to add to the overall size there, and beside, big lean tris look REALLY cool.

About competition, hell yeah! All my buddies compete, I compete, I go to a lot of shows, and assuming you've got something going on in the wheels department you should do real well in Novice and be respectable in open lightweight or middleweight. Give it a shot -- it's a real gas.

About legs... your whole presentation is about refinement, cuts, and vascularity, not mass. I don't mean you don't have any muscle on ya, but you're not out there as a mass monster. So don't wait until your thighs are as big as your waist before you compete! Deep separations, vascularity, and visible striations will carry the day, especially in Novice.

And about tan --- before you take pictures next, grab a bottle of Pro Tan. Alcohol-based, sprays on and gets smoothed out with one of those disposable rubber paintbrushes. Once it's dry it doesn't rub off **too** easily! :rolleyes:

That's about it... lookin' fine, man, keep it up!

I've never tested my body fat before, but I always thought it to be something below 10%. You really think it's 6%? Thanks man, that makes me feel good.

I dont have any pre-cycle pics to show you guys, but in the off season, I usually drop to about 150-155, I'm a small guy, I'll admit it. I remember a few years ago I went on a bulking cycle of Sustanon and Deca, and after about 3 months I reached about 185, and I looked rediculous. I was doing inclined barbell presses with 325, and without much trouble. People in the gym were looking at me like I was nuts. These days, I'm not into getting crazy big because there is only so big someone can get before it's obvious that they use juice, or, they look unproportional relative to their height, or both! :)

I've been using this shit long enough to realize that it's not about getting your biggest, because believe me, if I really tried, I could probably reach 200, but I would look dumb if I did.

And yes, I think the camera angle and lighting is making it seem as though my front delts are bigger than my rears. Actually, my shoulders are very symmetrical, see for yourself...

I think my arms are 17", I'm not sure of my chest size. I've been going on and off for about 4 or 5 years. My weight before I touched anything was about 145, small guy, but I never go back to that weight anymore, even during off cycles.
