wow! thanx for the love bros. here are my stats:

31 yo, 5'8", 192lbs, aprox 9%BF (still workin on that), liftin hard for 5 years (i feel like my body has stopped growing naturally though), 3 cycles in the last 3 years. next cycle starts in 2 weeks (sustanon/dbol)

this is what my upcoming cycle looks like:

week 1 to 4=20mg dbol/day
week 1 to 10=500mg sus/week
week 11 to 13=20mg dbol again for 3 weeks until PCT
week 14=start PCT (clomid/nolva)

adex=1mg E3D
nolva on hand just in case
finasteride=2.5mg ED
milk thistle throughout

what do you guys think?
