I hate that GUILT feeling. I think we all have experienced this. You think that you want something so bad, then you binge. Then you are looking at your self in the mirror seeing fat that isnt there.
The trick is dont let that go on more than a few minutes. That self-defeating thinking can hold you back. Sometimes, I think, your body needs that blast of crappy food for 2 reasons. First, it revs up the metabolism. Especially, when you are eating clean on a regular bias. Second, I dont think it is good for you to deprive yourself of something that you "think" you want for too long. Because when you finally break down and eat the forbidden. You binge, and the cycle repeats over and over. Then you end up half nuts or worse-- Forgetaboutit

I think you can really make the guilt work in your favour....

If you've finally snapped and eaten something you shouldn't have, the way you're feeling about it now means your cravings for that food will be gone.... for a while, anyway. And since you're feeling so guilty, it's not like you'll cheat like that for a long time. Now you have extra motivation to diet really strictly, and keep it all clean.

Had you eaten that ice-cream and not felt guilty, what's to stop you eating it again tomorrow?

The guilt is a good thing.... you've given your metabolism a kick, you've kerbed the cravings for a while, and you've given yourself new-found motivation to diet properly.

Those 3 pros combined, outweigh the single con (2,000 extra calories) for sure.

Thank you so much, guys!

Dude, you have to meet my Jewish mother! Do you like older women?

This is the reason why I take a free day every week----always sunday.

Keeps me going STRONG as hell through out the week

I don't feel deprived at all

I don't feel guilty for eating "bad" foods once a week

Free days for me are the reason why I have lost so much fat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is no way I could go as long as I have--9 months, without food that I crave
