Its to damn early to cut, i am going to bulk clean for a couple of months. I thought about doing hst, but that is to much volume for me. i am going to take a week off and then go back to 5x5 which should take me about 6 weeks to get back to the weight i plateaued out, sure enough i should be able to kill that shit and go further, I have never clean bulked in my life. i am 6', 220lbs about 12% body fat. I want to get all my lifts up till april, then start cutting for summer. I bought 16 lbs of chicken, brown rice, 3 gallons of skim milk, oats, eggs, and tuna for the week. i am going to shoot for 500g carbs, 300g of protein, and a 100g of fat a day. That will be about 4k calories a day. If i start to get 2 fat i will adjust, but my biggest thing is getting more size and strenght before i cut in april. Peace out.
