E Evil_Frisky ~Show Quality Bitch~ Platinum Sep 25, 2005 #7 Depends when i was pl'ing I did 265 comp and 300 shortly after but that was with briefs. during training i've done 225 for reps with no gear. Now I basically just do 185 for reps. I am working my way back up to do some pl training though so hopefully i will hit 350 soon

RottenWillow Plat Hero Platinum Sep 26, 2005 #9 In late July '03 I did 345 to 1-2 inches below parallel. Toppled backward with the barbell 3 months later I think and put away the heavy weights after that. Now I dont know...for some rep I'd guess 250 at the very most.
