what i do when i get the urger to eat sumthing is i eat so much of it i wanna vomit or do vomit . for instance i usally 3 major food cravings so before my diet begings i will junk out for 2 days on those 3 foods (pizza , Mcdonalds breakfast burritos and ben and jerrys cookie dough ice creame) to points where wenever i think about them i have bad memories and just thinking about them turns it into an appetite suppresant for weeks to come . the 1st of the 2 days might be about 4 pints of the ben n jerrys and 10-15 breakfast burritos , the next day will be an extra large pizza with everything , i will force myself to eat even wen my stomache feels like its about 2 pop open literally , this a good tramatic way to stay on a diet for a long time i believe ! :bday:

You need to eat more fibrous meals, they will cause you to feel more full while containing less net impact carbs. The fiber is also crucial to healthy digestion and stool passage :D

When I was on Parris Island, we used to have to down 4 canteens of Water after a meal. It was so freaking painful and would leave me nausiated. You might want to try this instead of the binge eatting - the effect will be the same (but not on you waist line).
Just a thought.

hmm you might be bolemic if that is your recourse to dieting
okay gorgeing and throwing up might have been the way the romans eat but it is definitely not healthy
you will f*ck with your electrolytes
have you noticed cramps...esp in your legs after doing this too many times?
bet you have
kick the habit
water helps the cravings
pb helps the craving
glutamine helps the driving
shit have a shot of whisky but throwing up will wreck ya

Some of these ideas seem pretty extreme however every individual is different and there are many ways i suppose to combat urges to binge eat. Willpower would be the best thing to have but unfortunately you cannot buy it. I personally have very little will power and rely on feedback from others in my individual pursuits(body wise). At work i am totally different and work great under presuure especially when chasing targets.

BS
get a support group
people that ask everyday "how is your workout going?" "how is the weight loss going?"
don't look in the mirror daily
look once a month
how do your clothes fit
and if you forget one day work harder the next 3
if you give up you become worse
and your confidence will be even worse than it is now
change requires work
