I have a new workout routine and I'm sooo sored! At first I tought it wasn't working out, but I got the hang of it.
I have a 4 day split with a day off in between. Didn't take the day off b/c I'm stubborn, but I know I need to get lots of rest in order to grow. So, I won't be doing any strength exercises till Monday.
Cardio, only 35 minutes, 3 times per week. So far, so good!!
