Hey bros...
Just thought that I would introduce myself to the board. I have been lurking on boards for the last 3+ years (just registered here)and I think that it is finally time to cross over to the dark side. I am planning on the following cycle. It is the classic bulker and seems solid to me. Id love to hear your opinion
Sust250 - 500/week w1-12
Deca - 400/week w1-12
Dbol - 30mg ED w1-5
I have nolva on hand just in case, and have PCT to use starting 3 weeks after the cycle. I have decided not to front load the sust or the deca, although I have heard both ways. This wil be my first cycle, I figure that I have waited long enough. I started out at 140 lbs, 6'3" and have built it up to 230 lbs. 14% BF, naturally. Of course, it took me almost 20 years to do it.
My stats... 40 yo, 6'3", 230, 14% BF. been lifting for 20 years on and off. I have been consistant for the last 6 years. I know that I will never see a bodybuilding stage, unless it is from the audience. I am just looking for some strength and size. It sucks seeing your numbers go down.
I have learned a great deal from the boards, and continue to do so. I wanted to to say thanks to som e of the good bros on the board. Very good info, and it comes from real life, not a doctors misquote from some outdated theoretical textbook on hormones.
I plan on starting early December and go 12 weeks. I do have a couple of questions though....
1. At 40 yo, will I be more prone for gyno?
2. If I had extra, should I extend to 16 weeks?
3 Can you drink winny?
Actually I was j/k with #3. I just couldn't not do it on my first post.
