Im counting down, just few more days 2 go, I 've couple Q's
As far as Protein, and creatine any suggestions?, cuz when you say Isolate no carbs the first thing that pops in my head is Isopur, is that any good?, and creatine can i take RAWMCC with Amplify O2 and lipoflame or is too much?
 
Any Pure Whey Isolate With Splenda is good
