Blueberry low fat muffin,Coffee

Meal#2
3 Raw Eggs 3 Raw Egg Whites with Proteins shake with Glutamine

Meal #3
Chicken Sub with Protein shake

Meal #4
Usually either 2 Chicken kabobs with 2 lobster tails with rice
or 1bs of extra lean beef with rice

Meal #5
Bowl of cereal or nuts or something with protein shake

fruits during the day also.
