Hotter than hell where I live too....103's but relatively low humidty
Finishing up a run of Test E 400wk/Eq 600wk. Going to use Primordial PCT. Never been prone to gyno but I have AI's and SERM's. How much muscle did I gain...who knows. I do know that my body composition changed.....smaller waist, bigger legs and arms with less fat still working on stomach. I can see the outline of my abs but since I have turned 40 my gut has become my nemesis. Right now I weigh 200lbs, 5'10", 42 y/o, 16-17% BF according to Navy formula. Pretty clean diet. I will drop another 6-7lbs in water as the Test clears my system. I also injured myself a couple of times which messed up my gains. I also tried to increase my caloric intake to 3600 and felt like crap...bloated, puffy face. As soon as I dropped the carbs/calories by 800, I started to feel better within 3-4 days. Don't know how some of you eat 4k -5k calories.
Goal for next 3 months is cardio, continue clean diet, reduce BF to at least 12%, let injuries heal completely. Next cycle....going to try Test P with some Winny on the tail end and continue with EQ. My hope is that with less water retention I can increase my calories without feeling bloated (getting Anabolic Kitchen fo sure!!).
Overall I am in the best shape I have ever been. My goal is it be physically fit and lean. I fly in helo's so my "fighting trim" (flight suit, boots, helmet, etc...) can't exceed 220lbs. Pro bodybuilder is not my goal. Learning better life habits is. Thanks to all the good advice I get at EF, I am well on my way...
