alright ya'll. it's time to get something done about my body. (i say this as i sit here eating begal bites...getting ready for a week of cleanliness in my diet) ok...some stuff about me..
i'm 20 yrs old, 5'8, 219, not exactly sure what my bodyfat is but i'm guessing it's somewhere around 24-25%. i got a digital caliper in the mail recently so i'm gonna try it out tomorrow morning when i wake up. i've been lifting for about 9 months now. i've always gone on and off but it's different now. i used to hate it but now i love it. i'm currently on a cycle of 500mg sust, 200mg deca a week, t3/clen 2 wks on/off with eca in between.

this is what i'm shooting for training wise...
lifting 5 days/wk, am cardio 3-4 days/wk, sometimes cardio after lifting depending on how i feel.

and diet wise...
just to start eating better. i'm going for around 2000 cals a day with plenty of protein. i just got back from the grocery store where i bought my food for the whole week. i'm gonna make all my food for each day in the morning when i wake up. goin for really clean monday through friday. sat. and sun i'm not home at all so i won't be able to make my own food...i'll try not to go overboard though.

i'm usually very active...i lift right now usually 4 days a week...well 3 really. i've been doing a little cardio lately. and my job is very physical...i'm constantly moving and i'm always lifting things.

my schedule kinda sucks...i stay pretty busy...
(the cardio hasn't begun yet...but it starts tomorrow)

mon-wake up at 9 am,1 hr cardio, go to class for 4 hrs, lift, go to work for 8 hrs.(go to bed around 4am)

tues-wake up @ about 1-2pm, lift, cardio, homework and studying, try to go to bed around 12-1 am.

wed-wake up @ 9am, 1 hr cardio, go to class for 4 hrs, lift, go to work for 8-10 hrs, try to be in bed around 4 am.

thur-wake up @ 1-2 pm, lift, cardio, homework and studying, try to be in bed around 12-1am.

fri-wake up @ 9am, 1 hr cardio, go to class 3 hrs, lift, go home for about an hr or 2, go to work for 8 hrs, go to bed around 4 am.

sat-sleep all day, the do whatever i do that night, no telling when i go to bed.

sun-go to work at 4pm, get home about 1am...then start all over

fun fun fun!!!

like i said the cardio hasn't been added in there yet but that's what i'm goin for.

tomorrow i'm gonna post my bf%, and later this week i'm gonna go to my friends house who has a digital camera and take some before pics of myself and post them. it's not pretty though.

so here's the deal. i'm gonna try to post my workouts and meals everyday. if i skip a workout or cheat on my diet i hope somebody let's me know how much of a little coochie i am.

i'll be posting tomorrow night...watch for me...and help me out.
 
day 1, 10/22/01

ok, day 1 is over with...and i think it went pretty well.

my workout went like this:

11 am: 30 min on elliptical skier, 20 min on stationary bike. (had to make it 50 min instead of an hour because i was running late for class cause i overslept)

5 pm: worked out chest:
flat bench db press
12 x 80
9 x 90 w/ help
5 x 100 w/ help

decline flyes
12 x 50
10 x 55
9 x 60 (going up next week)

incline db press
12 x 60
11 x 70
7 x 80 w/ help

pec dec
12 x 75
10 x 87.5
5 x 112.5 (last 3 were forced reps my partner helped me with...i was exhausted at this point).

all in all, cardio and lifting went damn good today...i felt good all day long till i got to work...then i was tired.

and now it's diet time:
this is what i'm going to be eating nearly everyday

12pm (after cardio) 6 egg whites, 1 yolk, 4 slices of turkey bacon
3 pm tunafish sandwich
6:20 pm 2 scoops of protein powder mixed w/ water
6:50 pm turkey sandwich
11:15 pm 2 chicken fajitas on wheat tortillas
4 am 3 small chicken breasts (8 oz.) in gravy.

protein 250
carbs 126
fat 47.

ok, so here is is 6:10 am and i'm exhausted...ready for bed. if anybody has anything to say (comments or suggestions) about my day please let me know. i'm going to bed...i'll write more tomorrow night. peace.

oops...almost forgot..my bodyfat.
i did it this morning....i don't like this digital caliper....the measurement varies everytime i use it. so i took 3 measurements and used the avg.

i got.... 19.5, 19.8, 21.9 / 3 = 20.4
