alright ya'll. it's time to get something done about my body. (i say this as i sit here eating begal bites...getting ready for a week of cleanliness in my diet) ok...some stuff about me..
i'm 20 yrs old, 5'8, 219, not exactly sure what my bodyfat is but i'm guessing it's somewhere around 24-25%. i got a digital caliper in the mail recently so i'm gonna try it out tomorrow morning when i wake up. i've been lifting for about 9 months now. i've always gone on and off but it's different now. i used to hate it but now i love it. i'm currently on a cycle of 500mg sust, 200mg deca a week, t3/clen 2 wks on/off with eca in between.
this is what i'm shooting for training wise...
lifting 5 days/wk, am cardio 3-4 days/wk, sometimes cardio after lifting depending on how i feel.
and diet wise...
just to start eating better. i'm going for around 2000 cals a day with plenty of protein. i just got back from the grocery store where i bought my food for the whole week. i'm gonna make all my food for each day in the morning when i wake up. goin for really clean monday through friday. sat. and sun i'm not home at all so i won't be able to make my own food...i'll try not to go overboard though.
i'm usually very active...i lift right now usually 4 days a week...well 3 really. i've been doing a little cardio lately. and my job is very physical...i'm constantly moving and i'm always lifting things.
my schedule kinda sucks...i stay pretty busy...
(the cardio hasn't begun yet...but it starts tomorrow)
mon-wake up at 9 am,1 hr cardio, go to class for 4 hrs, lift, go to work for 8 hrs.(go to bed around 4am)
tues-wake up @ about 1-2pm, lift, cardio, homework and studying, try to go to bed around 12-1 am.
wed-wake up @ 9am, 1 hr cardio, go to class for 4 hrs, lift, go to work for 8-10 hrs, try to be in bed around 4 am.
thur-wake up @ 1-2 pm, lift, cardio, homework and studying, try to be in bed around 12-1am.
fri-wake up @ 9am, 1 hr cardio, go to class 3 hrs, lift, go home for about an hr or 2, go to work for 8 hrs, go to bed around 4 am.
sat-sleep all day, the do whatever i do that night, no telling when i go to bed.
sun-go to work at 4pm, get home about 1am...then start all over

like i said the cardio hasn't been added in there yet but that's what i'm goin for.
tomorrow i'm gonna post my bf%, and later this week i'm gonna go to my friends house who has a digital camera and take some before pics of myself and post them. it's not pretty though.
so here's the deal. i'm gonna try to post my workouts and meals everyday. if i skip a workout or cheat on my diet i hope somebody let's me know how much of a little coochie i am.
i'll be posting tomorrow night...watch for me...and help me out.
