Joints Hurting!!

This god damn accutane that i'm on is absolutly killing my knees. This doesn't go too well when i'm training my legs very hard. I take 800 mg of Ibprofin before lifting and i still can't do shit. Runing is even worse. I've already lost a week of training to this. What else can i do to get rid of this fucking pain?
 
It's no short term cure, but I always take a some sort of joint supplement that has chondroitin, msm, and glucosimine in it, those 3 help lubricate the joints as well as help rebuild connective tissue
 
treyin wasmring upo a little more, I have some problems squating in winter, nothing major just a little sore in the joints, I just jump on a bike and ride at a real easy pace for about 5 minutes and my knees feel great....

Look at what all you are doing in your routine and how much of it hurts your knees. Lifting hard and running can put a great strain on them.

Maybe you could try doing box squats for a few weeks...just to take some of the strain off. With box squats..you should sit so far back that your shins are straight up and down. Your knees should not be above your feet.

Just a thought...

Had same problem for 2 years and tried everything including
chondroitin, msm, and glucosimine. Use them for 6 months and
felt no real results. After taking flax seed oil for 3 days, I felt a big
relief (and I know it is not just in my mind). I can now walk up and
down a flight of stairs and forget I have knee pain. I still can't run
with out a little discomfort, but in two weeks I was able to add
40 pounds to my squat with just a small hint that I have joint
problems with my left knee. I still take glucosimine just in case.
Trust me.......flax seed oil works.
