joint pain

Deca always makes my joints feel awesome

None, that's a terrbile mis-use of juice.

I've had 3 shoulder surgeries and could never get the bar to touch on my left pec while doing bench press due to how tight and inflexible my shoulder joint was.

I'm on week 10 of an Ostarine/Cardarine cycle and my shoulder has never felt better. I have far better range of motion on bench press, dips and shoulder press. I'm touching my chest on 4 rep sets of 285lbs and I'm having no pain.

I've never had problems with knee or hip flexibility so my squats have always been ass to the ground but now my form on my other lifts is getting much better due to the increased range of motion in my joints. Strength has increased a moderate amount and I'm looking much leaner.

ostarine helps quite a bit. in my experience it isn't as effective as deca, but it's much much safer/healthier.

Which joints are giving you problems, and how long has it been going on?

I've been working around my shoulders for about 6 months using strict form and being mindfull of all movements. I think the SARMS have promoted healing, but I'm sure focusing on form has helped just as much.

Osta is def good. I always use Forged Joint Repair from N2BM which helps as well as krill oil. Not a cure-all though.
