I just logged in to pay my respects to jnevin. Only knew him on here, was always a good bro. My condolences to his family and I hope his daughter is taken care of.

I know there's a fund but if anyone has thought to ask his brother or ex about any life insurance policy through his work. It's usually 1.5 times salary. Maybe someone could send a message to his brother to have him or someone check on that.
