Can someone look at these 2 sited and tell me which is the correct form for the JM press?

In the 1st link, it looks as though you do the negative portion of a skullcrusher, then you press it up like a CG bench. However, In the second link, it looks like basically a skullcrusher that is lowered to the chest instead of forehead. Which is correct?
