JM Press- which of these is correct?

Th secong is more accurate, but not like a SK, you lower the weight high to your chin or so and keep your elbow in and under the bar letting your forearms stop you by hitting your biceps in the low position.

Interesting. I have gotten just the opposite response from some people. Anyone got any other pics/vids?
 
Yeah, those are both really bad. Halbert does them perfectly in his bench video.

It is somewhere between the two. I used to make it too much of a skull crusher. There needs to be a little rotation of the shoulder, and the upper arms/ elbows drop a little bit like a bench press, but then the rest is all elbow rotation.

I think basically everyone does them differently.. I've watched the Westside Seminar Videos and the Halbert tape and several online clips...And no one, not even the guys at westside do them the same..
