Ok I know the JM Press is a cross between close grip bench press and skull crushers(extensions) but I'm still not real sure on the form. Can someone please explain it to me? I have read all the explanations but Im still not real sure. Do you take the bar down like you are going to do a close grip bench then let it go back towards your head like an extension? If thats correct do you then push it back to the top from that position? Im just a little confused.
