Some of you may have heard of this program/service in conversation, some may already know about it, and there are those of you who are just finding out. SwoleGenix Shredding Program:
Component 1) Two "Eating Patterns", which are the core of the entire program. You have one for days you perform weight training, and for days you do not. These patterns contain the precise amounts of each macronutrient at each meal, which is a key to metabolism elevation and ensuring a positive nitrogen balance for growth maintenance. The amounts are derived from your stats, with a formula/process I utilize to arrive at your case-specific guidelines. The formula gives me your ratios for every macronutrient at each meal of the day in order to meet your goal.
Component 2) A Training Frequency Schedule that coincides with the "Eating Patterns" so as to allow growth, but cease over-training. You may also use your own routine, but it must be approved by me before beginning. Not doing enough, or in more cases “too much” and over-training, will kill any diet and what it aims to accomplish. The frequency of the training also enables you to complete two parts of the program on a more consistent basis, and those are fat loss and lean muscle preservation/gain by way of force-feeding.
Component 3) One month of unlimited consultation to help you achieve your goals and set you on your way. You will have tools to apply well into the future. The diet is adjustable to “hold” your look, and you’ll know how to do that so you won’t ever “balloon” back as is the case on many fad diets. It’s not a diet, it’s a lifestyle. After the initial month, monthly support can be obtained as well. I have had quite a few continue with me in such a manner, and we are now tackling different issues.
