Eesh, I was on Crums' diet like a year ago for about a month. You probably saw an OLD post by me..check the date, most likely March 2002. Overall, it wasn't bad, however I platued on it within 3 weeks and actualy felt like I was starting to get fatter for some strange reason. I think I may have been eating too much since I just was following his guidlines about a lot of protein (I was eating like 400 + grams) and carbs just after training...and a lot of fat too.
You'll love SGX...everything is laid out for you, just follow it to the T and you will not fail. I made a tremendous change in my body in 28 days...really changed quite a bit...people in the gym keep asking me if I'm getting ready for a show...LOL
