It's good to be a rock star I guess. His arms look natural, but at least 17".


Who would of thought a Christian Band would be into lifting.
 
HAHA I saw that too, My roommates and I made the comment that the Creed guy could probably kick Dirtz ass. He's an out of shape fat slob.
 
Oh yeah... and ANYONE could kick Fred Durst's ass... my two year old son would bust his ass if he tried to take one of my kids nacho's.

My boy loves nachos.

Fred only has the "tough guy" image because he's not one in real life. Saying he's tough is like saying the kid on "Smallville" is REALLY Superman.

are you sure it isn't just that he wears tight t-shirts and they are proportionately big? meaning, he is pretty little, so decent sized arms on him will look bigger. whereas if he were 6'3" his arms would look tiny?
don't know - but I know for me, if I wear a tight shirt, people will always say my arms look huge, and I don't have big arms. at best 17" but I'm not sure, I haven't measured in quite awhile.
 
17" is pretty big dude, and yeah on his new video he wears a sleeve-less shirt. I'm trying to find a picture but it ain't easy :D

the dude from creed looks very small in that pic - or just normal.
but I saw him on sat night live a few weeks ago and he looked bigger. but I just attribute it to tight shirts.
if you are relatively cut, small waisted, and wearing a tight shirt - you look much bigger

anyway, he is tiny in all the pics there - the guitarist has big arms in one of the pics...
but again, I say it is the tight dark shirt theory.

I just watched the video and don't consider his arms to be anything impressive. They're pushed up against his side making them look bigger than they are during the 40sec shot. The rest of the video they look small. They have no shape or form to them at all. Looks like a fat persons arm to me...
 
BAH! Once he pulls himself out of the water you can see there're big (no in the video I'm hosting). I agree that there is little defenition to them. But there're bigger then they used to be.
 
I have recently seen this guy in person and let me tell you he is tiny----maybe a buck fifty tops. His arms are bigger then his quads and his arms are no more then 15 inches---He would have problems with 135 on the squat rack for reps---This is a guy that probably has an arm blaster in his bus and does curls all day.

I saw his "spoken word" at William Paterson University in Wayne NJ back in 98...I got his autograph on the back of my ticket stub and on my hat. I waited with one other dude to see him and it was raining out. He had a bottle of water in his hand and a bunch of bananas...he took a cab back to the hotel...he is a pretty humble guy these days.
