Wake 8am..... Checked out the options on VOD & did a 10 min Power Yoga class & a 20 min Pilates class -- Whew!! I'm sweating (but did them in my jammies!!)

Errands -- 1 Large Dunkin Donuts coffee with Skim Milk & 5 Splendas
(I'm guessing on 1/2 cup of skim milk for the coffee)

4 oz COS salmon in the pouch, 3 slice pickle, ~ 1oz chopped celery
1 tblsp Wasabi Mayo, 1/2 Carbdown Flatbread
1 Calcium Chew
3pm -- 14 minute BootCamp class + 10 minute Cardio Kickboxing Class on VOD
M3 3:30 pm
1 scoop Protein Powder in water + 1/2 cup skim milk
M4 6:00 pm
5 oz steak, onions sauteed in olive oil, Bird's Eye Broccoli blend with added broccoli
7pm -- a 1/4 oz piece of dark chocolate.....
Before bed (~9:30 pm): 1 packet peanuts (1.75 oz)
Totals: 1613 cals, 81g fat (18g sat, 14g poly, 37g mono), 71g carb, 17g fiber, 161g protein
