Hey about your knees -- I find that if I put Yohimburn on my knees before working out, it helps the blood flow especially there and that keeps them limber during cardio sessions. I discovered that last summer when I was running -- try it out!

I personally hated putting Yohimburn on in the Winter b/c MAN ALIVE the wind just goes right through you -- but just on the knees or just applying it at the gym might help a little! Just an idea!

Thanks T-cake!! That's actually a good idea - I used the YES on my legs today too but didn't think of using it on my knee.....I'll try it next time....

How long has it been aggravated for? Just don't make it worse is all I'm saying if it is starting to become chronic nip it in the bud.

Yeah I may have to start tanning soon - I didn't realize how very white I was till I saw the pics.....but yes, I tan for a few months 1st then 6 coats of Protan + bronzer/oil on top....

Isn't that shirt cool?? A girl in the Fed. I'm a member of made them.....

Ah ok - I recognized the avi but not the name........


And yes I have a T walk to do -- walk from backstage right or left to the middle, pose.....walk to the front & do Quarter turns then walk to stage right, strike a pose (any one) then walk to stage left, pose BACK to the middle & you're off!! Whew!

And we can have our own music too - thinking of going with Motley Crue's "Looks that kill."

I've only tried the Vanilla - and it's good, has a hint of vanilla to it.....

We have the laziest gym staff in the world at my gym. They all look like the out of breath fat guy in Pumping Iron doing curls with the 5 pound dumbell. lol I doubt anyone will be there today......Tomorrow I'll set some new PR's though ;). lol

You haven't mentioned your knee last couple pages, everything going OK Jen?

Also my part-time second job is a couple nights a week in Women's Shoes at Nordstrom.. and I've been there forever and I kinda can't stand it so I do whatever I want.... and I did like a 4 minute posing routine on the floor with tons of customers around me the other night, it was pretty hilarious. Hulk Hogan is still my number one posing inspiration :worried: It was very reminiscent of chris farley in that chipendale's saturday night live skit, I must say.

LOL Cool! I can just imagine you posing surrounded by a crowd.....I practice my posing in between sets & get some looks....

Knee is doing better - no longer hurts at all walking down stairs, doing leg presses or lunges.....but I'm going to hold off on squats this week & next just to play it safe......crouched down earlier tonite too & it didn't hurt either....Yay!

I had a cheat meal yesterday too - they ordered pizza at work so I had 2 pieces.....now this part is funny - after I ate it I got a "hot flash" of sorts, got all hot N sweaty so I guess it jacked up my metabolism!! :lmao:

Got some good lifts in today (yay! for Red Blast!) - 30lb DBs on my O/H shoulder press & 60lbs EACH SIDE on the Hammer Strength chest press!!

MMMMM, yes, wood burning oven pizza - good stuff!! :p

I am liking the Red Blast....makes me THIRSTY tho.....but it gives me an, erm, "enhanced" ability to focus or concentrate on lifting....not sure if I'm eloquating this correctly.....it's diff. for me than T-rex which almost makes me angry & I lift angrily....Red Blast doesn't really give me an "intense" workout per se, but it's more focused & productive. You can't get it down there??

Pizza was great!!! really thin almost no cheese!!Lot's of chopped tomato, and basil...That bread texture it what comforts me!
I will call fatima and ask if she can ship it...if not I will be in beavercreek for easter and ask her to ship it there...Any tips on snowboard? I am terrible at getting off lift chair HELP!!!
 
**Workout Update**

This week, kept the same schedule: 3 days HIIT cardio & 3 days full body circuit......got some good lifts today @ the gym - 30lb DB O/H shoulder presses, 60lbs each side on the Hammer Strength chest press, 70lbs on the HS Iso Lat High Row....... I feel I'm stronger than I was.....

Knees have been achy this week -- left on & off achy & right is achy where the screw is......so I may skip the treadmill this week even tho I've been enjoying it - I like that it seems that my "wind" is better and I have the perfect treadmill run cycle of songs on my lil pink Ipod!

**Diet**

Pretty much the same....no real cravings - had the 1 cheat meal yesterday with the pizza & a glass of wine tonite.....

Still can't fit into the size 8 pants, but I feel leaner for some reason....

One thing I'm noting in the past month is that I'm cold a lot of the time now....I'm usually a warm-blooded person & hot/warm a lot, but lately I'm cold most of the time.....need to get another BF test to see if I've dropped....

Ok, I'm officially stupid because I read that and thought, "OMG, she knows someone named Fatima too?!"

Jens -- totally hear ya' on the temperature rise with the Reds/T-rex and a carb meal. My dinner last night was GREAT but I was sweatin' my butt off with my therms goin'! Ay yi yi.

And definitely get the BF measured again -- progress would be good for you right now. :)

ice before and after to help with your knees.. It'll probably be a chronic thing but that is something you can do to alleviate the pain.

Sorry about that friggin' knee. Those things can be ridiculously pesky. My left shoulder has been my joint of choice. Stay focused, eye on the prize! You're doing phenomenally.
