1 Golden Delicious Apple

1 scoop latte whey PP + ice/water/coffee

green salad/veggies + 2 tblsp. Newman's LF sesame ginger dressing

1:45pm
1 scoop choc. whey in water

4:00pm
1 scoop whey + ice/water + strawberries

**Gym: Was going to go, but I had to work late then had an after work function.....so no gym

5:30pm - work function
some raw veggies

7:00pm
green salad/veggies + 2 tblsp. Newman's LF sesame ginger dressing

**Water: 1 (16.9 oz) green tea + 4 (16.9 oz) bottles water + 2 (16 oz) glasses of water

9:20pm
2 scoop vanilla PP + ice/water + peaches

Your diet looks good Jen...I was telling Duck the other day that I love your log and watching your progress becasue you are sooooo normal and easy to realte to!!

Well this mini-cleanse/detox thing SUCKED ass!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :mad:

I felt like I was going to pass out today, so that little experiment is OVER!! Ain't doing that again!!

I always find that too, when you don't want to go but then you do, I feel like patting myself on the pack for getting to the gym and it ends up being sometimes my best workouts

Yeah, I got more into it once I was there......downloaded some new music tonite to motivate me next week.....

Some old guy talked to me tonite too...said "You sure push a lot of weight there." :lmao:

And Nope!! No more cranky!
