Where's your posing class, Jen? How do you find them in our area? Do you learn to pose for all federations or is this for a specific one? Just curious!

It was up in Bucks County, PA off of Rte. 611......and I found out about it via the Federation I'm in's message board so the posing was primarily geared towards that Fed.

And apparantly I have it down cuz the guy who held it said I "had it."

Is that OCBC then? That's a huge compliment to "have it" because I understand posing is sometimes more than half the battle!

Thanks ladies!! One of the women in the class commented my transitions in the quarter turns were very good & the guy who held the class said I looked very confident. Yay!




And Cory gave me my BF% he took last Monday - 23.7% Not great but not as bad as I thought.....

No I think it was a Precor....but the resistance felt like it kept changing....weird....

There is a show I want to do 6/16 - but I may not be ready by then......there is another 2 in August that may be better for me......I want to keep as much muscle as possible......

So if I can't DO the June show - I'll volunteer like I did last year...that was fun!

Yeah I am having some MAJOR issues with my right knee too... kinda feels tight like a bomb exploded in there or something :( Its annoying trying to do a leg workout thats for sure!

My left knee hurts where the kneecap is & started hurting yesterday when I crouched down to look at something at a store.....feels crunchy when I move my kneecap about.....

Sounds like you had a really good workout. Definitely stay away from squats or any movement that cause that knee to hurt. I hate those naggining injuries.
