Jeans for dudes with big thighs?

more steel

New member
So my whole life I've had to buy jeans to fit my thighs... Then the waist ends up being too loose! I'm a stocky guy but feel like I can't be the only one with this problem. Who else has this problem? Has anybody found a good brand/style/cut of jean that fits a guy with thick legs and a smaller waist?

Cargo pants and shorts for me. I do have a pair of gap "loose" jeans. The waist is 36(a size too big, iam a 34 winter 32 summer) but they fit around my legs 27-28". I rarely wrar them though. I wear camo cargos or bdu bottoms, they fit good lol. At work I wear cargos from old navy.

loose fit express jeans 2 sizes up work for me, but still tight as hell in the thigh. To be honest I wear a lot of dress pants custom tailored and sweatpants, lots of shorts in summer.

when i was On back in 2008 was over 220 at 5'6...I wore nothing but sweat pants and mesh shorts.

Thanks for the input. I went to Kohls the other day and spent an hour trying on 20 or so pairs of jeans. Ended up with some Levi relaxed straight one size up on the waist. I will have to investigate Gap and Express and I also plan on hitting up old navy.

Anyone else have some input? I cant imagine theres only 3 of us with this problem. Why cant there be a company that makes jeans with a big ass and thighs and small waist? Hmmm... I should shoot "Apple Bottom" a message and see if they have pants in the mens market haha.

Levis 560s. I think they're called comfort fit or loose fit. Im 34 waist currently and I buy 36s.

If I have pairs that are tight out of the dryer then right before I put them on I lightly spray the thighs with a water mist. I use an old hairspray bottle. And after sitting down in a car for a few min the thighs loosen up to where theyre comfortable.

Check out a cut called "mom jean". They are designed to fit comfortably over your beefy hips and beer barrel quads. They have sexy elastic in the waist to accommodate multiple sizes and a sexy tapered ankle that sits a good 4" above the foot for ease of movement.

Hahahahaha

If it's in the budget ($150) check out Rock Revivals at Buckle. They work for me.

PS yes, I recognize you're screen name, that's why I had to give you shit.

I have had this problem for years, Anchor Blue before they went out of business had Ultra Baggy jeans that were great...discontinued...then yes Levi 560 Loose Fit jeans, hard to find, especially my size 34W 36L, so I just got Carhartt Work Dungarees, and the last 2 pair of their Loose Fit jeans that were 34/34, but fit well. It sucks having trouble finding jeans, but at the same time pretty fucking cool :D. I usually just wear shorts, sweat shorts, etc.

Haha yeah I've tried on mom jeans but the crotch seem came up high and divided my nuts giving that "camel toe" look with a ball on either side.

Yeah Old Navy cargo shorts have served me well.

Once you know a pair of jeans that fits you I would shop online dude. You can find almost any style/size online, it's just a matter of knowing what your monster quads and gluts can fit into haha

No dude. I have the very same problem. I put up a thread just like this sometime last year. Seems like nowadays all the pants they make are for sissy girly men with girly little legs. Every fucking pant I try on, the waist wants to come down to my ballsack, the waist is lose, BUT....the damn leg part is SUPER TIGHT!!!! Tight around my legs AND my ass!!! WTF!!!????

So here I am with nice jewelry, nice shirts, nice socks, nice undies, nice shoes and some goofy dumb ass gay looking pants that don't fit for shit. I look stupid. Yes there are pants out there that fit, but what are they? I refuse to dress nicely and then have to wear some goofy ass sweatpants. That simply does NOT match at all.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION? There must be a brand that that fits on nicely to our bodies. Fits nicely around the butt and the legs WITHOUT constricting the circulation.

WHAT IS THE SOLUTION????

By the way, yes...I see that you guys are putting down solutions to this problem, but lets be honest, these pants are not stylish enough. They have no shape, look bland and boring, have no style to them. They don't confront to the booty and the legs nicely. They do NOT show our physiques. Why are we working on them so hard for? To then cover it up?! Makes no fucking sense at all.

Haha! Just checked. My thread from last year is down the list. It's still here. Its called "Goddamn pants!".

My bf and have the same problem. I have 22" thighs. And my bf's are 30". We buy our jeans to fit our quadzilla legs and J Lo asses and go straight to alterations express for them to fix the waist and length if needed! Custom jeans while you wait!!! Big star loose fit and express are my bf's best fits. They have a little stretch for more comfort and show off his package nicely too :-)

So you buy a brand of jeans called "Big Star Loose Fit" and "Express Jeans"? And then you get them tailored to fit your body?

Big star - loose fit > rock revival loose fit for thigh room.

I have 30" quads. Levi Silvertab baggy fit are the only pant that actually has room in the thigh. I wear a 36w 36L

Element jeans that are relaxed cut fit well too.

Then big star for my top three choice of comfort.

I went to Big Stars' website. I don't see loose fit. Just relaxed fit, slim, straight and boot cut. Which one is it?

By the way, my waist size is 33 or 34 (depending on brand name jean). My length is 30.

I like my jeans to fit nicely around my butt. I do squats hard to get this nice booty, last thing I'm going to do is wear some baggy ass shits to cover up my hard earned physique. What size do I get?

The relaxed fit. It fit me comfortably and made my butt look nicer, better than my rock revivals.. Plus the denim isn't as thick and Breathes better. RR's are thick and make me feel very Stuffy.

Granted these guys change their cut a lot and styles, but I still think overall big star > rr on the thigh fit

Just checked brother. They ONLY have 3 styles/colors for "relaxed". Sucks.

Yeah we don't get any respect bro. That's why I went to RR from my first pair of big star cause they have very little selection. Hell RR doesn't either but they are stylish. Wish they still had my first pair of big stars, they fit perfect.

WTF is RR? Send me a link on where to order these jeans please? I'm in desperate need of jeans but haven't bothered to go buy because all jeans cost over $200 and do NOT fit my big legs, ass and balls

Is there a specific store that sells these jeans? Or are they strictly "online" only?

Buckle? Or Buckles? Never ever heard or seen of a "Buckle".

Sorry. Where are you from? They have a web site with store locations....another way would to be to go to the Big Star web site or another brand you like and see where their retailers are located.

Rockin my Big Stars right now. Good jeans.

South Florida. West Palm Beach, Broward, Miami.

I mostly buy clothes from Affliction because I like the look. Everything fits me fine. But their pants? Omg! They look awesome but fit me as IF I'm wearing girl jeans. And no matter how big of a size I get or style they STILL fit like girly jeans. And I hate that because their jeans look nice! Yet I cannot fit in them. Ill admit, these Big Star jeans don't look very stylish to be honest with you. But hey! A jean is better than wearing sweatpants.

Old Navy cargo/painters work okay for cheap. American Eagle loose fit gets it right sometimes.

For $$$ I go with Gasp Jeans at fitgr.com.

He is looking for designer jeans that fit swolt up legs....try a different brand like MEK or True Religion or whatever. They should have a few comfortable fits and if you have to get on with a wider waist by one size and have it taken in.

What store sells these pants? I prefer to do my shopping in person rather than order anything online. I hate doing that because when I get stuff through the mail, nothing ever fits me, or I get clothing that I don't like. I need to see it in person and feel it, really examine it well.

Most malls should have a store that carries them. Their websites should show local dealers. TheBuckle I was talking about carries all these brands plus more. You'll just have to look and see what's available near you.

I don't have any money at the moment to buy pants, but when I do, I will look into these stores. I just really hope these stores sell jeans that actually have a good look/style/design to them. I wouldn't want to wear a nice shirt with a nice pair of shoes and then to have some bland, plain looking pair of pants to go with them. That, in my opinion, would look plain silly.

About tailoring the size, yes, I can always do that. I can get a size or two bigger and tailor the waist in. Going up in size will allow for my legs to fit; however, will tailoring the waist "in" do anything for my butt? Don't want to have pants that are all saggy all over just so my damn legs can fit in them.

i like swiss army brand jeans. the denim is awesome quality and you can wear them to the club, work or just out to the mall. i also like diesel and buffalo by david bitton

Hilarious thread ... been there, camel toe and all that.

You folks should check out LRG or Sean John ( i know, i know) jeans. Or for more conventional stuff Levi's 559. Lucky makes some relaxed fit jeans that are a good fit too (though my last pair wore out within a year, which is not good for jeans). You can find all these at Macys (except Lucky which is carried by Nordstrom).

More like camelnuts. LOL

Well today if you go to a shop and find some stylish stuff from that which is very trendy then you can find what you want!! lolxxx Today many brands which are offerning the small size jeans. SO i think you should check some online store of garments. Gud luck...

I'm going shopping soon for pants. I'll probably wait until AFTER Christmas because I'm sure all the good stuff has already been or IS going to be taken for Xmas gifts.

I'm still questioning myself on where to find some nice pants that fit. LOL

I am NOT going to buy "online". Everytime I order anything "online", clothes do NOT fit and then I have to return them. The return process is always a damn hassle for me. Too much time and money being wasted. I rather go to the store, try them on, if I like I buy...if I don't I move on. Done!!!

has anyone ordered those hockey ass jeans from gongshow? How's the fit?

I used to really like Levi's 501. Great for the ass but my thighs are way too tight now - they look good but it's getting really uncomfortable with upper leg hair. And I recently split a new pair while stepping into my Jeep.

Have you guys checked out that new brand Barbell Apparel? They make jeans for athletes and those who are physically fit; specifically those with larger thighs and smaller waists! They've completely solved the jeans for people with the big thighs problem. They launched a kickstarter to start their brand and ended up making national news and selling over 6000 pairs in 45 days!!!
