IYO What Is The Best Supplement For Kidney Support?

Hello, I have a bunch of opinions for what the best supplement is for liver support, but in your opinion. What is the best supplement for kidney support? Thanks for any info you can give.

^^ I second the water comment.... people seem to forget the importance of it!

I have used CEL Cycle support at half doses or Purus's organ shield for daily kidney, liver etc support

Purus's organ shield also looks decent b/c it's only 2 caps a day instead of 7. Not that it's a huge deal, just saying.. I looked at the ingredients of both and I'm sure they both help the kidneys, but I'm not 100% on what specific ingredient helps the kidneys. Anyone know? Thanks again.
