ive shrank soo much within five days off schedule!!!!

hey!! i have lost sooo much size within one week...due to my trip away!! well i expected some mucle loss due to the fact that i went clubbing twice and ws dancing up a storm!! also how i dropped from 4-6 meals a day to the max 2 meals a day for five days!! its realy frustrating knowing that ive dropped even farther behind in my journey to reach my goal! The thing that really shocked me is how much i lost!! i went from a 16 inch arm to a 15 inch arm!! is that normal???? damn!! and its not just the size difference!! my arms seem flabby!!! AHHHGG.. ne suggestions what to do so i can get back on track???? thnx yall pEACE
 
eat, sleep, train and grow. Time is on your side if you are consistant with your workouts and intensity. Take this week to re-examine your goals and workouts and go back into the gym with a vengeance
 
Dude! Chill out!

You didn't lose any muscle. You just lost a little water and glycogen, and aren't seeing any post-workout inflammation. You'll rebound to your previous size after one workout.

Next time remember to take care of at least more frequent meals during holidays. I consume up 9 cans of tuna on holidays spread evenly throughout the day. You can actually consume the tuna WITH the oil if you stay very low on carbohydrates, this is a great way to teach your body preferring to burn fat while preserving some muscle.

I still eat less calories / carbs but at least your basic proteine is more than guaranteed.

Also I make sure I have a gym in the neighbourhod.
 
Yep, it should come fairly quickly, muscle memory is a great thing!

A week off can actually make you GROW!! So many people are so over trained that heir bodies love the break, only thing is, next time, remember to eat!!!!! There is no excuses really, tuna like Vortexx said, or quality meat, or boil up some eggs, or take some sachets or a tub of protein powder with you…

I really doubt you lost anything more than water and depleted your gylcogen stores....
Whenver I take time off i do nothing but gain weight..
 
you sound like a real ecto-- hard gainer... your not gonna "grow" by taking a week off- instead your weight/ muscle comes off.

you just gotta start eating again-- 2grs protein/lb body weight & 4 grs carbs/ bodyweight... & eat every 2-3 hours.
