i've got YES and T-rex, let's do this!

ok well my Yes and T-rex pack just came in the mail. right now i'm at around 12-13% bodyfat (i can clearly see my top abs, bottoms are covered a bit). I'm going to use the YES on my face and abs, and take t-rex before cardio.

how should i start out? just 1 t-rex and 1 application of YEs for my morning cardio? should i take more t-rex throughout the day? i'm around 154 lbs and 5'8. how often/what duration/what intensity cardio should i be doing for maximized benefits?

also,if i supplement with green tea, how much green tea should i drink a day (i currently drink 2-3 cups)?

anything else i can do to maximize the effectiveness of these products and see some serious abdominals.

one problem is i caddy, but never know when i'm going to get out. ( i do this 3 times a week approx.) should i just skip the t-rex on these days? i don't do additional cardio on these days, i feel the 18 holes with the bags in hand is enough....any recommendations on this

BTW you need to drink like 15 cups of green tea to get the daily recommended dosage for fat burning. Just buy the powder and cap them yourself or mix it with your why drink a few times a day.
