In FL the judge can allow a lesser charge if he/she believes there is enough evidence to support such a charge be reasonably considered.

Infact the prosecution calls him a "wanna be cop" and I agree with that position. He was also not asked by anyone to do that. He just decided to do create a neighborhood watch and volunteer himself...

AFAIK the trial is for murder 2.

I am no legal expert, but murder 2, that won't stick.

Involuntary manslaughter seems like the appropriate charge.

If the jury can't find him guilty of a lesser charge and he walks then this is a major prosecutor fuck up.

Basically. Problem is, the prosecution didn't say that was a possible charge and the defense couldn't argue against it. This guy will most likely get away with manslaughter because the incapable state attorneys didn't know how to do their job.

I'm going to be perfectly honest about a few things.

First, before the trial started and there was less evidence revealed and no testimonies given, I was sure Zimmerman was screwed. I wanted him to pay the price too.

Since that time, I looked at the evidenced from a non bias perspective and realized that Zimmerman is innocent of murder. He's a dumbass, but that's not illegal and neither is shooting someone for smashing your skull into the cement repeatedly to save your life.


Secondly, he didn't profile shit. Any motherphvkker strolling through a neighborhood in the rain when it's.pitch black while wearing your hood up, considering the robberies that had recently occured, automatically looks suspicious. He just happened to be black. Oddly enough, and unfortunately so, blacks just happen to carry a stereotype because of the amount of them doing shit that makes that stereotype true. That makes the race card easier to play by your own fault.

Honest to god the only reason you say he's a racial profiler is because you're black and so is Trayvon Martin. That fact alone is making you reek off bias against someone and not looking at the facts without prejudice. Referring to someone as a Coon doesn't make you a profiler nor does it even mean you're automatically a racist. You want to make him guilty because Trayvon is black so you disregard cold hard facts and let your prejudice and bias take over.

You paint this more like a racial hate crime and that's just pure bullshit.


One other thing, you have teenage black kids shooting and killing each other almost every single day in Chicago, la, Detroit, etc. I don't see the black community up in arms on national tv about that.

They made this a race issue, period. Say whatever else you want, that's the dam truth. If Zimmerman was black, it wouldn't even make the local news because black leaders salivate at the chance to get on tv and call foul at white people. Turns out, Zimmerman wasn't even white anyways, but that's what the media wanted us to think. Lying sons of bitches.

I just finished watching Django, and have a deeper appreciation for the tribulations blacks went through, but that was 150 years ago. Racial bigotry has ceased almost fully compared to 30 years ago. White kids idolize black singers and actors now. Times have changed and black people keep pulling the race card to stir shit up. Fuck off with that already.

Here's what COULD have happened, had Trayvon not been Mr. No_limit_nigga. He could have told Zimmerman, hey I was just headed home. I grabbed some skittles and a drink from the gas station down the street and I'm on my way home. A polite decent person would have just nicely explained what they were doing and been on their way. There's no reason for a fight to break out, but it did, and I'd bet the house on the marijuana smoking, school fight suspended, teenage bad attitude, no_limit_nigga starting it.
