It's Time For A Change. I Need Some Help. Stronglift?

Hey all. Well I'm a 26 year old guy. I'm about 5'7-5'8 and today i weighed myself and I weigh more than I ever have in my life (169 pounds). 4 months ago I was at 145 but I was still not where I wanted to be. I'm uncomfortable all the time because im constantly sucking in my stomach and I've been doing it for years. I really want to take steps to turn this fat into muscle.

Here are some pictures:

I really want to post on this forum a few months from now that I am finally at the place where I want to be (not expecting immediate results but i want them).

Now I'm thinking about starting up the Strong Lift 5x5 routine in order to build more muscle. I am using Muscle Mortar (3 pills) an hour before workout and 2 scoops of GenR Vitargo.

Is there a better routine to burn fat and build muscle other than this?

Also what are some good things to eat? I honestly do not eat that well. I get take out at least once a night.

I would appreciate any help that you guys could give.

High estrogen? I didn't think of that...I have noticed that my chests are SUPER flabby now though.

Might go out and test that Six Star Testosterone thing i've heard a lot about.

And about the high sodium. Yeah I do eat out a lot and lots of stuff I eat contain it... the thing is it fluctuates so much... Some days I'll wake up and my stomach wont extend that much..and other days like today in that picture my stomach just rolls out...and its not flab..its semi tough.

That six star from Walmart? If you do have high estrogen then taking a test booster would make it worse in certain scenarios

I would cut out the sodium and the bloat might go down after a month or so after reducing your sodium and uping your water if it does not go down I would get a blood test and check estrogen. Just be very conscious of what you are eating from now on make small changes don't expect to change all your eating habits in one day. Best thing to do it write up a diet plan with calories, protein, fats, and carbs included and post it up and we can tweak it for you in the meantime no eating out, no soda, no added salt and no instant home dinners

Alright. I'm going to cut all sodium from my diet and really start exercising a lot more. No more take out.

So you don't think even taking one of those pills a day would help?

Not a 6 star nutrition one that's for certain lol. Buy some potassium and dandelion root, natural diuretic and good for you. A little cleanse wouldn't hurt either but one step at a time. All that bad eating probably has your lower intestines plugged up.
