It's diet time and i need help.

I would like to start a cutting diet very soon, preferably March 1, and i was wondering if ya'll can give me a hand.

Current stats are 18y/o, 5'7' 190lbs and approx. 15%, (i was in the 160 range in september at around 12%)

My goal is 10% and 175 pounds...

I dieted last spring.. and really messed things up. Lost like 15 pounds in two weeks along with all my strength.

Was wondering what supplements and tips you all can give me... i need help writing a diet.

F the supplements bro - get your diet together, meal plan, and strategies....trust me, it take a lot of work to get focused and organized, but I'm having a harder time bulking......post your diet plans here by the hour and we'll work from there.........Keep in mind to make sure your protein is HIGH.....1.5-2.0/lb...and space it out through roughly 6 meals...........carbs (if you are going that route) should be in the am and also around your training.....
 
Supps - Liporexin AND Thermorexin (Great Combo, all praise Macrophage), R-ALA, ALCAR

Diet - Whatever works for you? Moderate Carb (Using R-ALA)/Moderate Fat (all from flax to ehance fat-loss)/Moderate Protein

Never mix the carbs and fats.
R-ALA for all carb meals
Cardio.
