Looks like a pretty easy diet. I will have to try it once a year. I have realized this being lean in the winter time kind of sucks. I don't have enough insulation in me to stay warm.

oh shit, I'm a fucking idiot....I didn't realize the fat pics were 4 years after. Jesus christ they blew up. Ok ixnay my previous post on what a good job the did, someobody should have put me on blast for not realizing that. Good lord number 2 really ballooned out.......what she gain? 400 pounds?
