Good job! But don't forget that that cheat day still has a place in your eating schedule. Particularly if you are running very low carb.

Oh I do...trust me. I'm good, but I'm no rock. Must have one day to eat something bad:)

If you plan good things around that too you look forward to it even more. I used to go out dancing all friday & sat night (sleep sat day...) and mostly just drank water -- the diet was not an issue on those days (well, except being sure that I actually ate). But Sunday afternoon ..... Capt & Diet Coke, reggae band on the beach & sunset BBQ on my deck. And it all still fit into my diet!
