what up bro's i'm just letn everyone know how my training and diet is coming along. As for some of ya'll all ready know that i took a year or so off of training and got kinda chunky lol. I went from 230 with about 10-12%body fat to about 205 then back up to 230(fat hardly no muscle anymore). So started back my training the firt week of feb I lost 15 pound in all of febuary and now this month I all ready lost 5-7 pound and i'm starting to see my abs alot more now. I deadlifted 335lbs. today and i was benching 225 for 4 reps to other day not so bad becuse my my first week back i did 135 6 times and my deadlift 185 lbs.

Ya'll take it easy bro's
 
1.5 months and you lost 20 lbs???? what the fuck are you doing eating or taking???? Im eating clean and hitting the gym4-5 days a week for the last month and im only down 7lbs. Maybe im doing something wrong????

i'm not taking anything yet bro lol, but thanks for the complement. my secret bro is this.....CONSISTENCY. the only thing i try to do is keep my metabolism going all day i drink black coffee throughout the whole day for that here i post what i eat

8:00 slam a 50 gram protien shake
9-10 4whole egss 2 pieces of turkey bacon, and .5cups of oatmeal
1-1:30 turkey sandwhich on wheat or whole grain
2-3:30 gym
3:30 50gram protien shake
4:00 1 chicken breast .5 cup rice or .5 potato and 2/3 cup of cooked broccoli
8-9 a turkey sandwhich
12:30 50 gram protien shake

i have work from 4-12pm. I usually do my cardio first thing in the morning or right after workout or even both depend on how i'm feeln.

thanks bro!!...its mostly dedication and genetics, i'm an easy loser and gainer bro. If you're trying to lose its all about moderation and clean food
