what up bro's i'm just letn everyone know how my training and diet is coming along. As for some of ya'll all ready know that i took a year or so off of training and got kinda chunky lol. I went from 230 with about 10-12%body fat to about 205 then back up to 230(fat hardly no muscle anymore). So started back my training the firt week of feb I lost 15 pound in all of febuary and now this month I all ready lost 5-7 pound and i'm starting to see my abs alot more now. I deadlifted 335lbs. today and i was benching 225 for 4 reps to other day not so bad becuse my my first week back i did 135 6 times and my deadlift 185 lbs.
