You drink 1 a day? hmmm....... better up your protien intake!! I doubt that you getting the rest of your protein from food. If you are, then you must be eating about a pounb and a half of meat every day! (if you want to get 200 gram of protien a day)

I do just have 1 day of the isopure but I have 2 big 'ol gloopy whey shakes with flax oil and icecream - 1 in a.m and 1 before bed. They are 50g protien each so i only need another 60g from food..which is easy. Thanks for the link, i'm always lookin for discount supps.
