thing is...you give people all that free shit and they'd just lose it or spend it or fuck it all up somehow anyway. In a couple years (or less) they'd be worse off than before you ever gave them anything. They would of course blame you and fully expect you to give them more free money/stuff.

You give people an opportunity. If they had a business plan, I would then invest. I'd do my best to bring it to light and help them out.
