Creepusmaximus New member May 13, 2011 #13 Actually I would be shooting for 2x your weight on Squat, dead lift and 1x your weight on bench, barbell row etc. No real hard fast rules. As stated before everyone should be able to do dips and chins. As far as curling your weight???? Doubt it.
