Is This Diet Good For Maintenance/Fat Loss?

I am currently 6'0 210lbs 21 year old male looking to drop my bodyfat and maintain my muscle from my workouts. I am current around 22% bodyfat and wish to focus on cutting down, while still maintaing my muscle since i know its impossible to bulk up muscle wise while cutting the bf down.

Supplement wise I only take Protein, Flax Oil, Ephedrine HCL + Caffeine, and multivitamins since I am in college and can't go spending all my money heh.

I was wondering you could all critique my diet and tell me if this is good for trying to lose fat while maintaing my muscle. Should i cut down on carbs for fat loss or anything? I don't have the totals posted yet, but I could if you really require them. Any advice or sample diets would be a great help to me. Thanks again!

looks like a healthy diet.. just some thoughts..

careful with the portion of brown rice at meal 5, keep it small if you keep it at all.

looks like there's enough protein

make sure you calculated total calories to be around 12 x BW or just below.. sometimes when I'm eating really healthy, filling food like you're doing I think I'm eating enough but it's too few calories even for dieting.

you could switch one serving of flax for a serving of ANPB since this diet looks pretty tasteless :-)

Ya, natural peanut butter is pretty delicious :) Put it in with some chocolate protein powder and youve got a good drink.

Thanks for the feedback guys, ya looks like I will have to switch out the potato for yams or something.

Just curious, why should I get rid of the skim milk? Water just better for fatloss?

No carbs for the 4 hours before bed, because the lower your bloodsugar when you go to sleep, the more GH is released. Fruit is good, as long as eaten in moderation. I would go with apple or orange or something with more fiber. Fructose is a very falsely demonized, as people say that it is 4 times more likely to be stored as fat. Your liver only holds about 100 grams of carbs from stuff like fructose, and any more than that will be turned to fat. But if you are not eating too many carbs in the first place than fruit will not cause you to gain fat.
Also if you want a normal testosterone level, you will have to increase the ammount of saturated fats. There is probably less than 5 grams in that diet. I would change the milk to 2% to get some saturated fats.
